Hi there, haven't got much of an update yet... I don't even have new icons or graphics to display, something happen... you don't need to know what, I was sad :( and my life was sinking, thank GOD everything is cool now and I'm fine, but my summer vacations will be over this week and I'm returning to school right away, so I don't promise anything :/, sorry guys and i'll be posting soon on glamrazors, so don't forget to take a look once in a while, 'k i'm leaving now, love ya'll.

First Tutorial

My First Tutorial

Examples Using This Tutorial

This tutorial was made with Photoshop 8. Don't know if it works with PSP to, you'll need to try :)
Note: This may not work with all the images, I don't recomend you using dark images cause you won't get the same result.

1. Open an image // File>Open

2.Crop it so it's 100x100 pixels

3.Sharpen // Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen

4.Duplicate the base and set it to Soft Light // Layer>Duplicate Layer Blending Mode>Soft Light

5.Duplicate that layer twice but change the opacity of the third layer to 35% ((you'll have 3 layers, including your base))

6.Duplicate the last layer once and follow this // Image>Adjustments>Gradient Map

7.A new window will appear, change the gradient to one that has black & white on it, one click on the gradient and the Gradient Editor will show, play with the settings till you get something you like... not to white but not to dark.
Something like this

8.Now for the final step, set the 4th layer to soft light and the opacity to 72%, you'll obtain this.

Hope you find this useful, if you have problems comment me and i'll help you, have in mind this tutorial will not have the same effect in all images!.
